I recently supported the Australia/NZ Rheumatology Conference in Auckland, I would like to congratulate Lara on the organisation of the Conference. I have attended many Conferences all over the world and have never experienced this level of support. The key to excellent results is communication. I would like to say that Lara is an amazing communicator. She has the ability to communicate and co-ordinate the ideas and values or the organising committee, the sponsors, the venue Teams, the entertainers and the delegates. Lara was present at every part of this amazing journey and listened with respect to her support crew. She obviously has amazing People Skills and made the major International Conference happen with no issues whatsoever. Congratulations Lara and well done.

This is to express our delight in writing at the way in which you organised our recent Sixth Clare Valley Bone Meeting.  With you as our professional conference organiser, the planning meetings were pleasant and stress free because you were always on top of what needed to be done.  Your interaction with our sponsors was highly professional and productive.  Your dealings with the delegates and invited speakers were organised, friendly and timely, as were your interactions with the venue staff.  Your suggestions for improving the meeting and adding innovation were always good, and your eye for aesthetics added something special to our meeting.  At the meeting itself, the organisers were enabled to concentrate on the sessions because you took care of everything else so competently.  Your preparation for the conference dinner was both wonderful and beyond the call of duty and greatly appreciated by the organisers and guests.  In the end, we were able to run an exceptional meeting problem-free because of your careful planning, your friendly helpful manner and your great attention to detail.

I was a delegate at the ASFB/OCS Conference in Adelaide a couple of weeks ago.  First let me say that it was an excellent conference and the organisation was top class - it was one of those meetings where you didn't even notice the organisation because it was so efficient and smooth - well done to you and your team.

Malcolm Francis

I again thank you for your role as a professional Conference Organiser for the recently conducted Australian & New Zealand Bone and Mineral Society Annual Scientific Meeting conducted in Melbourne, September 2013.

I thank you for your positive engagement with the conduct of this meeting both during the establishment of the meeting and your on-site participation.  I have enjoyed your professionalism towards the ANZBMS as well as engagement with the Sponsors, Trade Exhibitors and Hotel Management as well as other Venue Managers.  This was our best conducted meetings to-date, with no hitches in the venue, the audio-visual undertakings and each of the members that I spoke to was delighted with the meeting, the venue and the accessibility to the venue through its configuration of trade exhibitors, poster displays as well as the meeting surrounds itself.

I also thank you for your choice of restaurant for the President’s dinner, the co-ordination of the wine and ancillary gifts, and establishing appropriate framework for the conference dinner, functions and Award presentations.

Matthew Gillespie
Past President, ANZBMS
